Yak hikes ahead on the way to Buckhorn Spring, near a giant three-pronged tree with a fantastic campsite...which we opted not to stay at in favor of climbing to Buckhorn Mountain's rocky summit and cowboy camping with a forest fire for a night light.
And there's the night light. The largest cluster of flames on the left had three points like a creepy Indiana Jones temple skull, but the little Canon Powershot couldn't focus well enough to really capture it.
