Finally we made it up to the top of Huayna Picchu, and the atmosphere up there was electric. Here Kingfisher and the Chuffmate share their joy in front of a "koorikingay." Don't worry about how to spell that correctly, but that's how you say it I believe.


That's it from above. The number one tourist attraction on the entire South American continent.


And there we are.


You wouldn't believe how high and exposed some of these ruins are up here. Gotta see it to believe it.


Integration of natural and carved stone forms down in the main ruins again. After this the rain began to come down a bit more persistently and we bid adieu to Machu Picchu. Ciao.
