Looking back towards the last part of the Inka Trail from the ruins below.



So much to explore, so little time. Let's ditch the tour already!


The site is supposedly situated on a fault, which is why this kind of stuff happens. That or there are too many tourists (like me) with big boots tramping around.


The compass stone that points in the cardinal directions. Took fifteen minutes of waiting to get this picture of it with nobody in the shot. Did I mention that a lot of people like to come see Machu Picchu? Moving along...
