Back for another view of incomparably splendid Crater Lake. Incidentally, this was the first time I'd opened my eyes underwater since getting Lasik vision correction in April. Am I finally seeing clearly? Well yes, but I'm still dealing with quite a lot of dryness and using artificial tears multiple times a day. Anyone who passed up the chance to swim in this lake, yall crazy! The book that everyone has says that Rock Creek just past Burney Falls is the best swimming hole on the entire PCT. I seriously beg to differ.
